The process, in detail

A six-step method.

Trained in the AWL method, I use a structured approach combining decluttering, organisation and adaptation to your everyday life.

I learn about your situation, needs and daily life to understand what truly needs to change.

You send me photographs and videos of each area. I assess the volume, level of clutter and practical constraints, then send you a detailed, transparent quotation within 48 hours.

I assess the existing space, its constraints and how it works to build an organisation tailored to you.

Once the quotation is accepted, I visit with my measuring equipment. I record the exact dimensions, observe the light, circulation and existing furniture, and ground the plan in the reality of your home.

I design the optimal layout and select solutions suited to your home and budget.

This is careful design work — largely invisible, but essential. I plan the most effective layout, select storage solutions suited to your budget and anticipate every detail so the day itself runs smoothly.

We take action to declutter, organise and create a space that truly works.

Together, we consider each item with care: what stays, what goes and what can be repurposed. I then install the planned system down to the smallest detail — labels, dividers and thoughtful use of every corner.

I guide you in choosing the right solutions so every item has a genuine place.

I guide you in selecting containers, dividers and storage solutions suited to your home, so every item has a logical and lasting place.

I get back in touch after the service to make sure the organisation still suits your daily life.

A few days later, I check in to see how the new space feels in everyday life. If anything needs adjusting, we discuss it together — the goal is for the organisation to last, not simply look good in a photograph.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

What happens during the first conversation?

It begins with a free 20-minute discovery call to understand your situation and project. You then send me a few photographs of the space, allowing me to prepare a clear proposal and estimate the time required.

Do I need to prepare anything before you arrive?

No preparation is needed. You can leave the space exactly as it is — that is what we will work through together.

Will you discard anything without asking me?

Never. Every decision to keep, donate or discard remains entirely yours. My role is to support you in making those choices, never to make them for you.

Do you work throughout Belgium?

Yes, I travel throughout Belgium. Travel costs may apply depending on distance and will be explained when arranging your appointment.

How long does a service take?

It depends on the volume, level of clutter and your goals: an Ōra Session (3 hours), half-day (4 hours), full day (7 hours), or a tailored Signature Project for larger needs. The time required is always explained clearly before the service begins.

What is Ōra Continue?

Ōra Continue is monthly support reserved for clients who have already completed an initial service with me. It helps preserve and adjust the organisation over time, preventing clutter from gradually returning.

Do I need to be present throughout the session?

During the sorting and decluttering stage, yes. I need your input so we can decide together what stays and what goes, making your presence important at that point.

Is it a problem if children or pets are at home during the session?

Not at all. I am very comfortable adapting to children or pets being present during the service.

What happens to the items I let go of?

You remain free to decide what happens to your belongings — donation, resale or recycling. If you wish, I can help take certain items to a non-profit organisation.

Can you recommend storage products to purchase?

I offer a shopping service to help you choose suitable storage solutions and achieve the best result. If you prefer to work only with what you already own, that is entirely possible too.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay in cash, by bank transfer or with Bancontact.

How can I contact you, and when are you available?

The easiest way is to message me on WhatsApp. I am available on weekdays until 7 pm and at weekends until 6 pm.

Is follow-up included after the service?

Yes. A quick check-in takes place after 7 days to see how the new space is working, followed by a review after 30 days to make any necessary adjustments. You may then join Ōra Continue if you would like ongoing support.
