Right of withdrawal

Under the Belgian Code of Economic Law, when a service contract is concluded at a distance (by telephone, message or online form) or away from business premises, the client has 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without having to give a reason or bear costs other than those provided for by law.

If the client wishes Ōra to begin work before the 14-day period has expired, they will be asked to expressly confirm this request and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the service has been fully performed.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy

An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the planned session.

If a session is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, the deposit paid remains due to Ōra and will not be refunded, except in a duly justified case of force majeure.

Confidentiality and discretion

Any information concerning a client’s home, personal belongings or circumstances, observed or communicated in connection with a service, is treated with complete discretion and will never be shared with a third party without the client’s explicit consent (for example, for portfolio or testimonial use, always anonymised if requested).

Insurance

Ōra holds professional liability insurance covering services carried out in clients’ homes.
